plz help amnesia error crash black box

error crash black box. i have windows 7 and direct-x 11 and x86
what should i do i really want to play the game and its full.
i tried to change the combatibilty to windows 7 or xp and nothing work still the crash and black box. someone plz help me

2. Could you look at the Troubleshooting Guides and see if you can solve your problem doing that.
3. If you can't solve your problem looking at it, could you provide us with your hpl.log file, which can be found using Problem X as a guide.

1.i got the game from nosteam its torrent full
2. im not really understand all of those guides
3. i search and i dont have that file in the amnesia folder
