How do I re-install Amnesia purchased off of retail?

I haven't done it yet but I plan on uninstalling and re-installing Amnesia TDD to see if that helps any of my previous problems. But I don't know how to Re-install it please help!
And if this helps at all maybe show me what needs to be fixed before I uninstall Amnesia, I'll attach my hpl log for Amnesia.

I don't see the issue with the game, really. By the looks of it, you're trying to start a full conversion mod as a regular custom story. If the custom content is what's crashing you, maybe you should remove it.

I thought the same but it crashed when I started up a save file from the actuall Amnesia game

But have you ever tried installing a full conversion mod? It might just be that the mod overwrote some files.

I know it wasn't a full conversion, the only addition to it was needing the flashlight and battery entities. and I didn't exactly purchase Amnesia off of the website I purchased it on sale from Humble Bundle...

Since it was a Humble Bundle purchase, which is okay, you have either one of two things, a DRM-free copy or a Steam copy.

With the DRM-free copy, you need to revisit the Humble Bundle website and log in to a personal account there and reinstall Amnesia that way. If you have not used one to purchase Amnesia, you'll need to navigate back through your mail and find the store link to the bundle or Amnesia itself through that. Searching for Humble Bundle and finding something along the lines of "Thankyou for your purchase!" will help in locating the link to the Amnesia bundle you purchased. From there, you should be able to redownload the installer and apply it.

If you are using a Steam copy, a simple reverification of files may work. To do so, right click Amnesia in Steam, then select Properties. A window will pop up, and by selecting the "Local Files" tab, you can select "Verify integrity of game cache". This is much less painful than a reinstall and will generally fix most problems if that is the case.
