Format FBX Error

When I open my model with the format FBX(download updated 11/11/13),it gives an error:

Well it does say the issue is the material file, not the model. I suggest you try to load it from the /entities folder instead of wherever that is. Is that path even in the Amnesia root folder?

It loads fine on my end. First load it in ModelView131111.exe then import the mesh in ModelEditor131111.exe.

However, this model has an insane poly count. I don't think it will be of much use like this. My model editor started lagging from just selecting it. Also, might've been exported with the wrong measurement settings, because it was huge and I had to resize it down.
