Blue Shimmer Bug

Every time I pick up the note in Archives, Daniel passes out and you are meant to see a Blue Shimmer, but I don't my screen just goes black and I can not do anything but open the menu. Can someone please help me with this problem.

You have to walk the way to get to the blue shimmer.

Intel HD graphics cards are not supported, lower all settings temporarily and try again

No I can not move, its just a black screen, I can not move or do anything but pause.
