I checked the first troubleshooting guide for A.M.F.P. I have Problem A: My game wont start. I get the blackbox. It says under exception reason: exception access violation. My game is through steam so it is updated. I have done step 3 and removed the main settings file. That didn't work. I'm assuming it's my graphic card. I checked the graphic card trouble shooting guide. I opened the hpl.log to see if my game card was compatible. It said "If Version says 2.1.0, your graphics card is supported. If Version says 1.1.0, you have no graphics card drivers installed or they are corrupted. " Mine says Version: 3.1.0 - Build 8.15.10.2656
Not sure what version 3.1.0 means. I'm assuming it doesn't mean it's supported. Yes I'm looking in the right section of hpl.log. My graphic card is Intel HD. Guide says it should work but is not supported but can be fixed with driver update. I updated it. Still doesn't work.
Here's my hpl.log
