RE: The Ultimate SOMA Discussion Thread
Don't you guys think the $59.99 USD price is a joke? I mean FG could be doing a prank to us and asked Sony to take part. Wait, that means...
"Veni, vidi, vici."
"I came, I saw, I conquered."

RE: The Ultimate SOMA Discussion Thread
I really hope SOMA will come on a physical disc for PC. I even would pay a lot more money than for a download version.
But if a physical disc is planned, please release it later when all updates are released. I prefer to have an already patched game on a disc which is up-to-date.

RE: The Ultimate SOMA Discussion Thread
I hope they don't focus too much on consoles where the PC version get lack of attention. Please, don't be crazy like other developers who release a PC version from a lazy console-port.

RE: The Ultimate SOMA Discussion Thread
The implication is that they made the PC version first, and have just recently finished porting the game as it is to PS4.

RE: The Ultimate SOMA Discussion Thread
Surely they would work on the PC version first, I mean the PC version is expected to have the Custom Story/Total Conversion launcher which the PS4 version will not have.

So don't worry, Googolplex.

RE: The Ultimate SOMA Discussion Thread
Found a new preview of the game from Adventure Gamers:
http://www.adventuregamers.com/articles/view/27035
The preview doesn't contain anything new, except for this part:
Adventure Gamers Wrote:Should [a monster] catch you, however, it's not simply game over, nor will you need to restart the level. Instead, the path you were taking through this mostly non-linear game will narrow, with certain previously accessible areas now closed off. However, it may also involve other areas that were previously inaccessible opening up, giving players incentive to replay the game, though the developers are still tweaking this feature to find the right balance.
