It's been a pretty slow week for SOMA news, so I may as well post this:

Apparently (and I use that word advisedly) you can pre-order SOMA for $59.99/£36.15/€45.43 on PC DVD-ROM and the PS4 from Play-Asia.com:

Haha I expected as much. From that, can we also assume that the prospect of a DVD-ROM version is just as spurious as everything else on that page? I think you've already commented on the fact that the PS4 version will likely be a download-only release, but I wasn't sure if that was also true for the PC version. I imagine a retail console release involves much more money and licensing hoop-jumping than a PC one.

I must agree that is pretty expensive. Aren't FG games like under 20-30 dollars usually?

Have to agree here....I don't mind spending money on games (sometimes) but that seems a tad high.

That's no excuse for that price.

A boatload of indie games come out for every console ever and they're priced however the developer wants them to be.

And if it was just Play-Asia's placeholders Thomas would have said as much. Maybe he just wants to make us squirm a bit before telling us ''Hey, it's cheaper'' or maybe it's that expensive for realsies.

Regardless, won't know till FG confirms.
