Don't be silly. We're talking about the size of the file you have to download, which means the setup.exe and not the installed game folder.

You've got to realise that Steam already downloads the whole game instead of setup.exe, as shown on Traggey's pic, Overture IS over 700 MB.

That might be correct, but the Overture installer is smaller.
I don't have Overture on Steam, I have the retail CD with the setup.exe on it and it's just 350 MB. Included multilingual voice synchro!
