PS4 Character Frozen Glitch

I am located in the PACE Laboratories lobby. I went to enter the Biometrics door. It was locked and my character took his phone out to call the doctor. I canceled the call and now my character is locked in place. I cannot move him or interact wth the door. I can jump and crouch but not move. I know I'm early but will I have to restart? Frustrating none the less.

Can you try loading an earlier save from the Load Game menu and see if that helps?

Had the same problem while loading a savegame that was generated by the game itself (autosave). Loading a earlier automated save was fixing the problem. But i had this bug on PC!
