Which operation system and what hardware specifications do you have?
Could you upload a dxdiag.txt generated on your computer?

Start Menu > Search Bar > dxdiag.exe > Save All Information...

Go here http://www.geforce.com/drivers search for the drivers for your card and then download and install.

Because my drivers are from Dell, I can't follow that guide but maybe they will have something on their site I'll che k when I get home

i tried that and it just said installation failed. when i go to nvidea expierience it says that its encountered an error and must close.

Just an update, I installed some new drivers off the Dell website but my game still doesn't work. Maybe Dell's drivers just aren't new enough.

Any ways, now that I'm at home I'm just playing the game on my desktop and it works great Smile
I'm probably not going to go through any more trouble trying to get it to work on my laptop.

You need to update your drivers. Your current ones are from 2010
