Solved: 8 Years, 1 Month ago Question  Recommended nVidia control panel settings

Are there any apart from the mentioned below?

I've just bought my first nvidia card in years and some of the global defaults make me scratch my head. Like SSAO:Off for example.

My GPU is GF 660 Ti by MSI (msi 660ti power edition N660Ti_PE_2GD5OC)
CPU: AMD FX-6300

2. Shader cache setting

My personal note on Vsync:
I went ahead and disabled vsync completely. It's weird but the inherent tearing that obviously started appearing is not bothersome at all. It's different than in any other game I've seen. It almost looks like a slight deliberate glitch effect.

A test on #1 and #2:
They don't seem to have any effect on my system (355.82 driver version)

Update:
Vsync (fully on, no adaptive etc.) forced in nVidia Control Panel gives much better performance than the game's built in. I've tested it with Tripple buffering enabled which is a setting strictly relevant to Vsync.
