Game stays on black screen

Game launches on black screen and stays there
My PC specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-4460
RAM: 6 GB 1600MHz
GPU: AMD FirePro v4900
My drivers are up to date and im on 1280x720.
Please help me I have verified the game chache on steam like 5 times.

Can u start the game to the menu?
Or does it simple go black after steam start?
Whats your graphic card? Have u tried updating its drivers?

It doesnt launch to the menu or anything just blank
My graphics card is AMD FirePro V4900
Says the drivers are up to date

Have you gone to amd.com and downloaded new drivers and tried to install them? Windows installed drivers or drivers from manufacturer might not have proper OpenGL support needed.

I dont find manual driver download from the website just catalyst. I already have catalyst and it says that my driver is up to date. Could it be because its too old or am I missing some files?

Please upload the hpl.log file found in My Documents/My Games/SOMA/Main

Could also be worth to first uninstall the driver and then install it new. Could be something broken.

You need to update the drivers. It could be that because it is a FirePro the drivers are not like the regular AMD cards. There was another FirePro user that had problems and he/she solved it by updating drivers. Either there are newer drivers on amd.com or he/she switched the FirePro driver to the regular AMD driver (Don't know if possible, only guessing).

On my PC it says that I am using the latest AMD FirePro V4900 Drivers. Just checked from amd.com

AMD usually has a controll panel, can u check it? I think its called CCC.
