Crash led to save file deletion

I'm 9 hours in when my computer suddenly crashed. I had to force close the game as it was completely stuck. Upon opening the game again I had to reset the gamma... not good.

The continue and load buttons are both greyed out and it seems I have to start from the beginning. As much as I love this game and intend on replaying it, I would rather not do so prematurely.

Is there anyway I can import a save file or something? Thanks

looks like they're all there but the game isn't reading them. I was looking in my steam directory for save files but couldn't see any so I figured they were lost. Do I have to reinstall in order for the game to recognize them? thanks a lot Smile

First of all, make the backup of these files somewhere. Then, start the game, quit with saving. Replace this savegame with the latest savegame from backup. Try to load.
