Most likely yes. Most games work fine in Windows 7.

Well instead of going "Hey it doesn't work fix it >:o," you should probably state the specifics of the problem. Windows 7 is also probably not the cause, unless you played it on other operating systems and it worked fine with the same equipment. It is necessary to update all drivers for the hardware on your computer because that's always a solution to some problem or another.

Not anymore.
I had some graphic problems, but that wasn't Windows 7's fault.
I have one of the ATI HD graphics cards, so that caused some minor graphic problems with the game. But after I applied the latest patch of the game, everything worked perfectly.
