[PS4] Theta Labs Out of Map Glitch

In the security room, corner of room pushes you out of map every time. Tried saving to see if it fixes it, permanently broke my save forcing me to restart.

Make sure that you used Load Game to reload from the last OK position. Should be no need to restart from the beginning.
