soma death glitch

i have played soma for a while today and i died, so from the death screen i exited the game, now when i start the game all i see is the screen turned about 45 degrees right and an image of the humanoid beast in the curie crash site. it makes noises but no ui no movements and even the beast doesnt walk around any more quite literally unplayable! someone please rescue me!
