I did check the troubleshooting guide but game still crashes. Bought on Steam and already played the game on my laptop and it was working fine. But after i while i download it again to play it with some friends but the crash came to stay. the only explanation i can give its that i updated the drivers but i did uninstall them and try to play but still nothing, then re-install the drivers but nothing fixed
Graphic cards are updated ( 2048MB ATI AMD Radeon R5 M330 ,Ram 4 GB )
steam integrity check is done too

Make sure you have selected a proper resolution at the launcher and try windowed mode. Also check Problem A3 on how to reset game settings in case something is misconfigured.

A3 didnt solved it. There is no launcher , just
Open the game->Steam launches the game -> Blackbox Crash .

The problem is not with the game. Something is wrong with the graphics card drivers. Maybe you have two of them (Intel + AMD) or similar and the wrong one is chosen or most probably they are not installed properly. The launcher can be found at the installation directory of the game. Steam itself is not required to run Amnesia anymore either way.
