Ending Bug in Overture

This might have been discussed before. But I couldn't find the thread for it.

Everytime I open the steel door in Overture with the Crowbar and killing Red. It starts to load.......and then crashes. I purchased it on Steam. There was no problem before. and Ive been looking up for things that fix it and nothing. So any help?

You only have to install the patch v1.1
