skyboxes and mat files?

Hi.

Just a few days I start to make new .mat files for the level design. So I Know how to make a texture... and convert it to a dds file (from photoshop plugins). Also to a open the dds in the material editor to make .mat files...
But now I want to create skyboxes. How do i Do that? I have lot of dds files for the sky but in the level editor in level settings in skybox option my textures dont appear. What Im doing wrong? or what else should I do in material editor to make a skybox?

SOLVED! -

RE: skyboxes and mat files?

Your dds files must be made as skyboxes. They must be formatted as cube maps using 6 side-by-side textures in one. Look up a tutorial on Google on how to create a cube map skybox and you'll see.

RE: skyboxes and mat files?

Im sorry but I already did the mapcube in Photoshop following the guide of wiki. Also I did re-install the dds plugins and I create the cubemap with the "Make sure your settings match mine. Chances are, all you'll need to change is 2D Texture to Cubemap (which will be in the smaller drop menu on the left side)"... and saved it as dds and cubemap. But yet the level editor dont see it.
