Thanks for the reply , i did everything on that thread you sent me i lowered resolution and even settings ,nothing works , i know you have financial issues but i hope you can release an update fixing this . thanks

The problem is at least that the nvidia card is not used, it tires to use the built in graphics chip. I have seen some screen here on the forum that the nvidia control panel can have an option to select what graphics card to use, do you have anything like that?

Hello guys
So, i could really use a help here, i face up the same problem with the game, at first i got a problem with OpenGl but i found a way to fix it, then excited that i was going to play, i open the launcher but then another bug appeared ... when i open the game from launcher and start it , i got my screen black and then back to the desktop ande the game crashes and a box with this note appears "Amnesia.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module <UNKOWN> at 001B:0000000"
I looked and done all the possible solution you have suggested in your post Thomas but yet nothing. I saw that the game can't recognise my Graphic Card (and no i don't have onboard card Tongue) so i'm postin the hpl and launcer txt if u can find what is all about.

Oooh and last but no least ...
I have an :
ADM Phenom Triple Core 2.4Gh (CPU)
4GB Ram
ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series (2GB Ram)

^^ i am having the same exact problem, and i am running an ATI radeon HD 4500. Nothing in the trouble shooting guide has worked. Including changing and updating all drivers.
