On surround sound and hardware devices

hello can someone help me? i don't have a sound card and it seems i cant run it without it. is there another way to get this to run without a sound card?

You have no sound at your pc in general? That's jut sad. You cannot play any game without sound and especially Amnesia which bases on that.

There are Usb sound adapters and ofcourse if you're not on a laptop you could just get a pci/pci-e sound card.
I myself have sound neither on my mobo since its a server mobo but just use a creative pci-e sound card.
