i would suggest decrease the size with 1/3 (so youl have a 2/3 sized image )
nothing wrong with the filesize altough when you make it smaller is drops automaticly
and use the save for web function if you use photoshop (if you didnt so )

The dimensions are good, it's just the file size.

I would but my computer is still out of commission. Still waiting on a part. Zalman tech support is... not very supportive.

The program I use is Ulead Gif Animator. You can dowload the trial from their site and do it yourself if you want. If you do, then go ahead and post the resized version here so other people can use it too.
