WTF Monster in the Archives???

weird, did anyone find more of these "hallucination" monsters? Maybe theyre all hallucinations and death is just an illusion too ...

weird, did anyone find more of these "hallucination" monsters?

In the demo, the bad guy in the refinery is a hallucination.
However, don't try anything funny in the full game, because he's real in that one. Kinda made me piss my pants when I found that out "the hard way".

Quick summary:
I enter the refinery, see the monster. Having played the demo, I run in like someone insane and try to run through the monster.

Needless to say, he tried out his shiny claws on my face.

I met one in the prison. I can't remember where it was in prison but this it how it went: I was minding my own business and suddenly heard a scream, hided between a few boxes in the dark, it was a locked door behind me (remember where it was?) the monster turns and walks away, i follow, then i see two monster (hell yeah) around the corner. I keep following them, and i hear a new scream, i can't find where he is, i turn around and he is 5 feet away from me, he is starting the punch and then he evaporates.. i literally shit my pants

Thats the scariest thing i have ever experienced...

I thought the monster in the Wine Cellar can potentially kill you... (personally, I never confronted that one, but the danger seemed real, so...)

This monster has no Hallucination flag, true, but you can't run into it. I tried. It dissapears before you can do anything.

The Wine Cellar one almost made me quit the game. First monster I encountered so close, and then I heard all the footsteps upstairs, which were actually just atmospheric effects. Needless to say, I hated the Wine Cellar so much, lol.
