Stuck at door (Catscan office)

Hello,

I just picked this game up. When I get to the doctors office (to get to the catscan done), I can not do anything except jump and rotate my character.

I walked in, Pulled the handle. I tried to call the doctor, and then it happens. I can not walk away from that spot, or interact with anything (door handle, key pad, etc).

Anyone encounter this?

Moving over to Tech Support (proper Tech Support, that is).

Reload an earlier save using the Load Game option from the Main Menu. From either the Subway or Simon's Apartment should be fine.
