After I discovered the 3rd Algeria diary in the archives, the screen became black and I heard some narration before it stopped and I could not do anything. I could still hear ambient sound, but I could not move or see at all.
What should can I do to fix this?

Try turning down all the graphics settings to low, turning off post effects, etc. and then play that part. It should work then, and you can change everything back to normal afterwards. I think it's the light in that area that causes issues on some computers.

I've been having this issue, but lowering everything down to low and turning off effects didn't help. I don't know what to do...
