Level editor problem

Hello, when i open up the level editor the lower toolbar won't show up. Weird because the rest of the functions do. What's the problem?

You sure it fits the window? That it's not too big and disappeares behind your taskbar/bottom of the screen?

And i don't know hoe to make it smaller because you can only move it around.

Edit > Options > Set the resolution with X and Y.
Restart the editor after that.
