'Access Denied' when downloading?

After I enter my email address and the order number to download Amnesia, I click on the download button (for Windows), but all I get is a blank screen with the words 'Access Denied' on it?

I've tried right-clicking the link and selecting 'Save Link As', but to no avail, as the downloaded WinRAR file said 'no archives found' when I tried to extract the files. I also tried downloading in Internet Explorer instead of Firefox, but it still refused to show me the webpage and said I needed to be logged in?

Any help with this is greatly appreciated!

I'm curious as to why you did not go through Steam, it would save you the hassle.

Are you sure an antivirus or firewall isn't blocking anything?

Didn't go thru steam because frictionalgames is actually listed before steam on the page. I made the mistake of going the same route, and I'm getting the exact same error(s).
