HPL2 Level Editor black screen

I have a problem with the Amnesia HPL2 editor suite. When I try to open the Level Editor, it shows a black screen and doesn't close unless I use the task manager. I haven't used the editor before now, and I've made sure that the custom_stories folder is set up correctly. Everything is set up like it should be, and no folders are missing from the game. I downloaded the HPL2 Editor Suite 3 times and installed them every time. Also, if this helps, I bought this version of Amnesia on Steam and installed it the same way. Please help

I did and nothing worked. The editor is the only thing that doesn't work. I read the post about the Intel graphics card, but I have a GeForce GT 555M on an Alienware M14x if that helps

Edit: I searched the forums again and found the topic with the graphics card and saw my Nvidia Geforce had a new driver; I'm installing it now. Wish me luck
