Still can't play Amnesia / Upside Down / Help?

I read the tips on how to upgrade your drivers; don't you have to remove the current drivers in Safe Mode?

No, through normal Windows. Make sure you have this installed:

how do i do this because ive been having the same problem on my desktop computer. its exactly the same as the problem described by the person having it. i downloaded the driver but i dont know what to do next

btw my system, i have just found out, wont download the driver because im not a 32-bit. im probably 64 so in that case and having a windows. how do i fix this
