RE: An Unexpected Arrival - RELEASED! [31st May 2011]
very good but I finished it way to early because of a bug. At the last area I finished the game without breaking down the wood with ...something... So, I totally missed those areas which I saw with MapView. Also, as mentioned before, I saw that gap at the stairs too. Maybe the order of the scripted events is a little-bit wrong?

Nye, didn't you mess this up somehow? Same thing happened to me (but I changed the config file to start at "hallsofblood2", as you said, and played the level as it was meant). Maybe it's just a small mistake in the scripting?

RE: An Unexpected Arrival - RELEASED! [31st May 2011]
i don't know if eny one have alredy said this but i founf a glitch... in the first 3 minuts gameplay... and its is kinda bad... after i walk in the random floating rocks part, there the wood part similar to the demo's begining... after i get "capturd" (i think) by the grunts... every thing goes dark and then i found my self in a almost black place... i didn't move because i thought it was some type of cut scene... but then i just DIE! and i go back to the place were i was captured by the mr face and this time they don't show up and i can't continue the game :/ i realy didn't try to play it again (my pc haves some issues right now so i am useing my friend's pc) so i realy can't tell if it is a problem whit a bad loading or it is my pc itself... well what ever i just thought it was better to warn you about the bug

Checking this now
EDIT: God. Damn it. I don't know how, but I guess most people have been missing out a whole 10 minutes or so of gameplay D:
I'll upload another version again in a few minutes with this fixed. Thanks for letting me know

This custom story is one of the most creative ones out there, not to mention, one of the scariest. Kudos to you.

RE: An Unexpected Arrival - RELEASED! [31st May 2011]
Very trippy. I loved how things began and got scared several times. However, I'm stuck.
The part where you have to put the new level into the one you broke off...it won't let me. I have the lever, I have the oil. But when I select the new lever from my Inventory, it doesn't highlight on the broken one to let me put it there. Maybe I'm missing something?

Downloading v1.02 right now. I'll start over since I deleted the save games and hope that there won't be any problems. Very nice story and excellent mapping skills - nice work Nye!!!

It's only a very small part of the broken lever where the new lever will work on. I didn't find it at first either. Pixelhunt it down!

RE: An Unexpected Arrival - RELEASED! [31st May 2011]
Just finished playing through part one and it was a terrifyingly beautiful experience. Very lengthy with a haunting atmosphere and filled with intense scares. One of the best custom stories to ever grace this forum. Brilliant work!
Good luck with part 2
