Each monster represents a different suitor, so their lines are all going to be different. The first one is that of Alois, which if you read the notes, is obsessed with Justine apparently.

Well the monsters in Amnesia TDD look the same don't they? Yet you know some of them are different monsters

Thats because the circumstances are different. There's precedence in Amnesia in-game lore to account for multiple monsters - in addition to the fact that there literally was 2 different monsters, the Grunt and the Brute.

In Justine they're all 'The Suitor'. Did she poke out the eyes and affix a wheel to all three? They look the same? O_o

Nothing happens. Game wants you to think Suitor is behind you, but it's not.
