Fatal Error Renderer#0

Hey guys yea i got that Fatal error renderer#0 problem. I tryed every option from the troubleshooting guide and still the same thing Sad

I have a new computer, and its pretty strong and i can play alot of high quality games on it so i am confused why amnesia wont work.

I have a intel Pentium and a 4gig RAM

video card model / driver versions? Patched the game?

I have patched the game....um im not sure how to check what video card or driver i have but i think this is my video card.
Mobile Intel® 4 Series chipset family

and drivers i think its this.
My Driver model is WDDM 1.1

The main drivers are igdumd64.dll, igd10umd64.dl

If this is not what your asking me for im sorry :/ i ran dxdiag and its not really specific or its probably labeled differantly.

Well if you read around you'll notice that card is below the minimum requirements to run the game, but intel have released new drivers which may let you at least run the game if you're lucky, no idea how performance would be though.

I am also having this issue. I have a new laptop, the drivers are as updated as possible, and I've patched the game. Does this all have to do with intel drivers/video cards?

What can I do? I bought this game expecting to be able to play it, and was really looking forward to doing so. Can I move it to another computer?

Ah! I got it to work!

My intel drivers were made specifically for my laptop, and for some reason they did not work with this particular game. I uninstalled the special drivers the computer came with, and installed the general intel drivers for my operating system. These work fine, and the game is working, too.

That's where I found the download for the general drivers. Just search for 'drivers' and put in your operating system, and hopefully you'll find drivers that will work. By the way, you'll have to uninstall your current drivers in order for the new ones to install.

What video card do you have? Is it "Mobile Intel® 4 Series chipset family"? I've been having the same problem and cant find the drivers

what operating system do you have? Laptop right?
