Where do i find the string fot TNT?

I have a problem i have everything to blow the exit

The TNT ,the other thing in the room next to the electric wall (on the barrel)

But i cant find the string needed to blow the tnt

Where can i find it?

in the same place where you found the pick axe is where you find the string
(the book of explosives is required to pick up the string)

You can find it in the chest in the office, either pick up the key in the deskdrawer or smash it open.

thanks to everyone the problem was that i wasnt in the office (i forgot to go there) so i hadnt the explosive book
