Missing rope animation and model

Off the room with Agrippa is a well holding the Kaernk. The rope that is supposed to be suspended above the well is missing for me. The rope along the ceiling does not move when I turn the crank.

System: Windows 7 x64

Within HPL.log some of the bones for Agrippa's model were not loaded correctly, but that was the only error and 'agrippa.ent' does exist.
