The Well: Descent

Hello guys!
v1.1

Since I'm working on my custom story for some days now, I think it's time to share some information about it, so those who love dark places are prepared Smile
I know, I can't give you many informations by now, but I try to get some screenshots as fast as possible!

(Download links at the bottom of the post!)

Story:

You are David, a normal guy from the middle-class, whose father left him at the age of 8.
After 14 years, he gets the message of his uncle, that he might know where his father is.
All signs lead to an old well, which is forgotten and out of action, and David enters the well right away, because of his curiosity, what happened to his father.

(Might not sound very original, but the story and its mysteries will evolve
while playing. The character himself doesn't know much about the situation, same for the player.)

What you can expect:

- three chapters, beginning with the first one, The Well: Descent
- dark, atmospheric dungeons
- optional task to find the hidden rooms of David's father

Demo? - I don't think that I'm going to release a demo of my custom story.
I think a demo will take away the first moments of the full version, but I'm not sure yet.
Maybe you find some good arguments to convince me Wink

Progress:

Story: 100%
Level Design: 100%
Script: 100%
Notes: 100%
Overall: 100%

Screenshots:

Careful! Spoilers!

Additional notice:

I'm from germany, and I sometimes have problems at translating properly into english.
So the best way to solve this: Correct my grammatical/spelling errors, so I can improve
the custom story's language, and my own skills. I would really appreciate it!

You also can visit moddb, to follow the project!

Story:

(The story isn't finished yet, I already had two different kinds of stories
and I changed it several times, so it isn't a fixed thing.
Also, I only want to reveal the story at the time you're starting the game,
so you have the same information like the main character)

It's more like you should prove yourself worth convincing.

RE: The Well: Descent

I've never been fond of the whole demo business. I think if you're that far along, it'd be worth it to progress 'til the full thing is complete. What'd be awesome is if you could show some good screenshots, that'd really keep me looking forward to it :D

RE: The Well: Descent

Updated with 4 ingame Screenshots. It's a bit brighter than it looks like in the screenshots.
Missing some details, which I add when rooms and other important things are finished.

(Any idea how I can upload more than 4 Screenshots? Excluding an image hosting platform)
