Hi, i am from Brazil, so i searched for the translation to my language, i downloaded this one http://frictionalgames.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=317, i installed it, then i started the game, no problems, i set the options of set the language, then i restarted the game, when i started the game again, the blackbox program has started with that errors msg about the game, log:

PS, the problem happened when i installed the translation, i tried to delete the translation and not worked, then i unistalled the game and installed again, not worked, whats going on?

That translation is for the tech demo and not for the the full commerical game. So I am afraid that you can not use it.

So, what should i do to set the default language? via regedit? is it posible?

Delete settings.cfg in "My Documents/Penumbra Overture/Episode 1/"

That should fix the problem.

Please do not post in a support thread when your problem is not the same as the first post.

As for your problem, make sure that you have the latest drivers for your graphics drivers.
