I have updated the drivers from the intel site, and have a vaio netbook, and am constantly getting the Access violation error every time I try to boot up the game. Anything that can get me in the right direction is appreciated.

Well I have an Intel Graphic Accelerator Drive, though I'm not entirely sure that's what you mean...

You cannot play the game because of your graphics card. It supports OpenGL 1.4 when the game requires at least OpenGL 2.1

Is there any way to update? Like could I purchase a graphics card perhaps?
