Amnesia on HP ProBook 4530s

Hello everyone,

So i heard alot about Amnesia from my friends & thought why not to give it a try as i like playing Horror Games, but the problem is that my Game screen is black with a small white circle in mid during gameplay (i do hear sounds etc) but screen is black. When i quit the game there is some crash report too.

Here are my specs:

HP Probook 4530s
INTEL Core i3 2nd Generation
Memory: 4GB
OS: Windows XP SP2
Card: INTEL HD Graphics Family (3000)

Arabic? Lol.
Anyway, you need to download latest driver from Intel's website, but be informed you can't run the game on high settings as it'll likely crash on scenes and overall performance will suffer.

There is a chance if your laptop uses a modified graphic card, you have to stick to the hp's drivers, and you can't run the game :/

you need driver 2361 from Intel. These drivers are only available, Intel's decision, for Windows Vista/7 and not Windows XP. If I select Windows 7 as operating system HP's latest driver is 2342 which probably will still not work. You need 2361. Well, in order to do that maybe you can install Windows 7, do not install HP video drivers and download the one from Intel.com. I don't know if the last part will work though as Tanshaydar said due to OEM restrictions.

lol, i thought you are posting in Arabic as by seeing my name & thinking i would be arabic maybe it was french ?

Anyways, it means that there isn't any way for me to play the game without installing Windows 7/Vista & still there is a doubt :/ ?
