I cannot download the games from the shelf.

The order number is correct and recognized but when I click on "Download WIN" an error page appears saying:

- <Error>
<Code>AccessDenied</Code>
<Message>Access denied</Message>
</Error>

I bought the games and now I'm unable to download them and nobody answeres my question in the forum.

This is indeed very disappointing !

You should email directly to support with these type of problems.
Could be a problem with the browser or a plugin/addon/extension, try another browser or disabled some plugins. Could also be the internet connection, perhaps try a direct wired connection if going through a wireless at the moment.

Hi !
Sorry to have bothered you, but after I tried it from another computer it worked. Must be some strange firewall config thing.
By the way the first thing I did was an email to the dupport mailbox, but I only recieved an automatic generic reply.
But everything is fine now - thanks !
