Alright so my graphics card is fully updated but the hpl log says

Thank you, now I know that wasn't the problem but now It says something about exception access violation in ig4icd.dll at 001b:037a3e52

Question 1 says in bold: If it says Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family or Intel® G41 Express Chipset or Intel® G45/G43 Express Chipset then due to bad Intel drivers your card does not support the game.
