As said in the sticky guides this card can barely run the game but due to bad Intel drivers that is not possible under Windows. This card works only with Linux operatin systems. Laptops are not upgradable unless you have a MXM graphics card which you do not.

You cannot upgrade your laptop, you have to get a new PC
