I don't think there were spiders there. Thomas said something about a specific part with 30% vision or something. Well, probably very few people actually notice the spiders there. Maybe those who are afraid of them!

Actually the spiders do appear in the game. At the spiral staircase of the Nave, to be exact.

No, I'm terrified of spiders so I wouldn't confuse them with cockroaches. :L

The spiral staircase in the nave has them, they have glowing abdomens and sit on the wall.

Oh ok, checked the video. I never noticed them while playing Amnesia. I think they are sanity effects, that's why. Probably mine was fine at the time.

These spiders are huge btw. They are the size of a human head...

I actually like spiders, especially tarantulas. My favorite is the Choco Golden Kneed tarantula because it's a more friendly breed and sports my favorite colors Would totally have it as a pet if I could.

So maybe this next one won't be so bad after all!
