Hello! This is Shane Thompson! I am the main developer here at Black Eden Studios! We have taken interest into making an Amnesia Custom Story but we are not experienced enough in HPL2 or the level editor itself! We have not accomplished anything! We are a new upcoming Game Developer with a project on the way!

And under what qualifications are you making a game studio? Surely none of you folk would brave making a game company if none of you had any previous experience to speak of?

Can you perhaps elaborate a few things for me?

1. If you a rising game studio, why are you going to make non-commercial custom stories instead of something that can make money to keep your company alive? Unless of course the custom story is a side-project, and your main thing is the project you mentioned above when you said your studio has not made anything yet.

2. What exactly can you offer in making the "best Amnesia Custom Story possible" if all of you are inexperienced in HPL2?

All I can say is if you need puzzle ideas, pitch to me something and I'll have a look at ways you can accomplish it. I'm no expert at coding it, but I can write pseudocode about it, and come up with various ways about it.

However when I mean puzzles, I don't mean; find a key, open this door, gives you another key to open the level door, etc.

We are making a custom story to try and get a higher popularity. We are experienced in other engines like unity and we are working on a project to make us money.

Could we have more informations about your team, like a website, or at least the list of people that would be involved in the project ? I'd like to work with a team on a mod, but you're just not giving enough informations in my opinon.

The quick wip thread for my mod looks fancier than this thread, damn even my application for a mapper looks a million times fancier. You gotta make things look fancy and professional if you don't want people doubting you as a game developer. Had you done that there would have been no doubt in the first place, and there never should have I tell you. Imagine all the people who just came in, saw the op, and went away.
