Well hello,

Yes, this problem is covered. I tried everything. I have the GDI Generic video card problem. I tried everything on the troubleshooting thread but at last it did not work. I even resetted my laptop to make it work, but it again did nothing. Please help me Big Grin
Here are the specs of my PC

1) What operating system do you have? Also 32-bit or 64-bit? 64-bit
2) Is it a laptop or a desktop? laptop
3) Attach the file HPL.log located at the save folder mentioned below.

Open Steam, and run the bought game from there. After that and if the problem persists, reattach the HPL.log file.
