God, I'm so tired of getting a single picture/tidbit of information every few months. It feels like this game is taking forever to release.

Give us some gameplay or at least a confirmed release date. We haven't seen any real gameplay since those press videos during Spring.

Perhaps something for Halloween? That sure would be nice. A Halloween trailer like for AAMFP.

I think they shouldn't show too much of the game in a trailer. It is extremely important for a horror game to keep things secret. Wink

yeah thats why they showed off an alpha and let people upload like 2 hours of gameplay..

Why do you assume it will be released so late in the year? I haven't seen anything in the press or from FG themselves which would make me think the game has fallen behind, certainly not by so much. Quite the contrary: the game had reached Alpha status in March, and by August all of the dialogue had been written and recorded and about three quarters of the game's content had been built. To me, they seem right on schedule for a game which is planned for release in "early 2015".

Let's hope it's not postponed like the Pigs did numerous times. Highly doubt it, different developers. No need to coordinate with another studio.

Because I know FG and their history of releases. And with SOMA they are taking their time so there is a high chance of delay. Wait, that is not entirely correct, since release date is stated for whole 2015 and thus I can't really say "delay" since we don't have even approximate date, moth or quarter. My guess as much correct as anyone's else.

Regardless if you like or or not, SOMA isn't coming for a year yet.
