How do you find out the numbers/letters in the section where you put "2112sa", exactly? (I actually had this problem on the support site as well)

I don't know that. Look at the laptop or underneath. There has to be a model name somewhere there...

6100 CTO. This wasn't listed on the HP website.

You do not have Intel HD but Mobile Intel 945GM Express Chipset Family. This card is below requirements to play the game.

Plus the dxdiag read that chip type in my laptop is Intel® HD Grapics Family. The device name itself is Mobile Intel® HD Graphics.
