Penumbra black plague [stuck] - JENS TAKE A LOOK PLEASE

What? I played the Penumbra series at 2011 with the latest update v1.1 (collection version). There is no update that changes the puzzle. From where is the game?

Edit: At v1.01 update notes I found this

Added alternate solutions to puzzle in level 2 & Level 4

Maybe this puzzle can be solved differently then. But still, you can always try the easy solution. To "restart" the puzzle just load an earlier save game before entering that specific room.
