Jumping bug and Voiceover issue.

There are some issues with the sound that need fixing, so any info we can get will be very appreciated Please post your 'hpl.log' file.
By the way, does this happen only with the voiceovers, or also with music? I mean, do you get glitches on the playback, like small cuts/crackles? You could try to change the StreamUpdateFreq="10" in settings.cfg to a higher number, like 20. Please do this, and tell me if that worked at all.
Anyway, this will be hopefully fixed by a patch in the near future, so stay tuned
