Switchable Graphics Trouble

oh yes. It seems that the other pc has only AMD gpu and not another Intel embedded one. So I couldn't test anything there. The game works just fine there too.

You have Windows 7 x64, right? Try doing these:

1) Download Driver Sweeper
2) Uninstall the AMD drivers.
3) Run Driver Sweeper. Select all ATI, AMD, NVIDIA traces and if it founds something delete them all.
4) Reboot your system and then download this:

After installation reboot your system again. Make sure that in device manager your AMD card appears and try launching the launcher again.
