Amnesia textures missin

I have a serious problem. After I install Amnesia only thing I can see is menu and inventory screens...
Any suggestions on how to deal with it?

1. What operating system do you have? Also 32-bit or 64-bit?
2. Is it a laptop or a desktop? If a laptop, what model?
3. Attach me here the file HPL.log found under Documents\Amnesia\Main folder.

I have a laptop and the operatin system is windows 7 home premium 64-bit

Update the drivers for the graphics chip, its an unsupported chip but usually it works if you use the latest drivers available by downloading from either intel or manufacturer's website.

When I try to install the right driver from Intel, it says that the compatibility of the controller that has been istalled, and my computer hasn't been confirmed. Also that I have to get the proper controller from the manufacturer, could you help me with this ???

did you use the have disk method?
